The 2023 8th International Conference on Information Systems Engineering (ICISE2023) was successfully held in Dalian, China from June 23-25, 2023. Co-sponsored by Changchun University of Technology and the University of Manchester, the conference featured a rich agenda including keynote speeches, technical sessions, and campus visits.During the conference, participants actively engaged in discussions and exchanged the latest research findings.
